Description

A heavy-duty hold-down work clamp (T-slot step / strap clamp) for securing material, jigs and fixtures to aluminium T-slot extrusion — a simple, strong work-holding solution for CNC router beds, assembly fixtures, machine builds and general workshop jigs.

Kit includes:

  • 90 mm black injection-moulded clamp arm
  • Clamp washer
  • 90 mm M10 T-bolt
  • M10 thumb nut

Fits: the 8 mm T-slot in our 40 Series aluminium extrusion, and the larger slot in our 20 × 40 mm machine bed (the M10 T-bolt needs a little filing at the base of the thread to seat in the machine-bed slot). We chose M10 over M8 on purpose — it is far stiffer and holds more securely under clamping load than the lighter M8 import clamps.

Please note: this clamp is made for our structural aluminium T-slot extrusion. It is may not fit 19 mm woodworking T-track used on router tables and table-saw fences — please check your slot size before ordering.
