We keep our pricing as competitive as possible by minimising administrative costs and managing orders through our website. For this reason, we don’t provide quotes for items listed online. To confirm pricing, simply add products to your cart—your total, including shipping and any applicable volume discounts, will be calculated automatically.
All orders for stocked items must be placed through our website. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please note that we don’t operate a retail storefront, don’t offer EFTPOS facilities, and are unable to accept purchase orders for webstore items.
You’re welcome to visit us to view samples; however, as we are a manufacturing facility, we don’t have a showroom and can’t process walk-in orders.
We’re happy to offer informal guidance on suitable hardware; however, we don’t provide a design service. The design is ultimately up to you. One of the benefits of these systems is their flexibility—you can always add additional strengthening and bracing in the future if needed.
If you would prefer to pay by bank deposit or require an invoice, that’s no problem at all. Simply place your order through the website and select bank deposit as the payment method. We will then send you a tax invoice with the payment details.
