To keep our pricing competitive, stocked webstore products are priced and ordered online. This keeps admin costs down and means customers can check pricing, freight, and volume discounts instantly without waiting for a manual quote.
For this reason, we don’t provide quotes for stocked items already listed on the website (mill runs — please get in touch). To confirm the total cost, simply add the products to your cart. The website will calculate the full price, including freight and any applicable discounts, before you proceed.
All stocked webstore items need to be ordered through the website. Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm it and let you know when it’s ready for pickup or dispatch.
ALEXCO is a working manufacturing plant, not a retail showroom. You’re welcome to visit us to view samples, but we don’t have a fancy retail showroom, EFTPOS facilities, or the ability to process walk-in orders.
We’re happy to offer general guidance on suitable hardware and product options. However, we don’t provide a design service, so the final design and suitability of the system is up to you. These systems are flexible, and additional strengthening or bracing can often be added later if required.
If you prefer to pay by bank deposit or require a tax invoice, simply place your order online and select bank deposit at checkout. We’ll then send through a tax invoice with payment details.
