ALEXCO Guarding — Machine Safety Guarding System
ALEXCO Guarding is a New Zealand–made aluminium machine safety guarding system for manufacturers, fabricators and machine builders — framing, brackets, gates and finishing to enclose machinery, robot cells and production lines. Designed to support AS/NZS 4024.1 (safety of machinery) compliance, so your assessor can sign off with confidence.
A local, cost-effective alternative to the proprietary branded guarding systems. Because we extrude, fabricate, anodise and powder-coat on-site, including a high-visibility safety-yellow powder-coat — with no large minimums and shorter lead times than importing a branded kit.
The ALEXCO Guarding system:
- 40 Series aluminium framing — 40x40, 40x80, 80x80 and curved posts and rails
- Corner, heavy-duty, concealed and adjustable brackets, cube connectors and joiner bars
- Lockable hinged gates and access points
- Bolt-down cantilever feet, end caps and slot covers
- Mesh or panel infill to suit your enclosure
- Finished in-house — mill, silver anodised, or safety-yellow powder-coat for high visibility
