40 x 80 mm aluminium T-slot / V-slot extrusion BLACK— 100% designed and made in New Zealand. A heavier 40 Series section for spans, gantries and structural framing.

• Centre hole: tap to M8 or M10 with a standard metric or spiral tap
• Finish: mill, BLACK satin anodised, o

Slot edges are chamfered to suit V-slot (Openbuilds-style) wheels, so the profile takes both standard T-slot fasteners and V-slot motion components.

Please note that there are clamp marks in the last 50mm of some of the profiles from the anodising process that cannot be avoided. This is intended as an industrial product — including these marks minimises the amount of scrap we generate, and ensures we can deliver this at a competitive price point.

Common applications: machine safety guarding, machine frames and gantries, workstations, automation and conveyor framing.

Matching black hardware: our 40 Series corner brackets and heavy-duty corner brackets are available powder-coated black to match this extrusion.

Cuts cleanly with a sharp fine-tooth drop or mitre saw (use light oil, CRC or kerosene), or we cut to length for you to +/- 0.5 mm (100–3000 mm).
