M8 x 1.0 Spiral Flute Tap

If you are tapping a lot of our 40 Series extrusion ends, we recommend a spiral fluted tap like these.

A little CRC works wonders as a cutting fluid, and is light enough so that the swarf does not stick.

A regular straight tap can be used, but it's definitely not as quick or easy.
