Description

40 x 40 mm aluminium T-slot / V-slot extrusion — curved — 100% designed and made in New Zealand. A curved 40 Series profile for arched and radiused frames, guards and displays.

  • Series: 40 Series
  • Material: 6060 aluminium
  • Slot: 8 mm T-slot on all four faces
  • Centre hole: tap to M8 or M10 with a standard metric or spiral tap
  • Finish: mill, silver satin anodised, or powder-coated (including high-visibility safety-yellow)
  • Lengths: 600, 1200 or 2400 mm — or cut to your custom length

Slot edges are chamfered to suit V-slot (Openbuilds-style) wheels, so the profile takes both standard T-slot fasteners and V-slot motion components.

Common applications: curved and arched machine guarding, radiused frames, feature framing and displays.
