Description

80 x 80 mm aluminium T-slot / V-slot extrusion — 100% designed and made in New Zealand. The heavy-duty 40 Series section for large frames and high-load guarding.

  • Series: 40 Series
  • Material: 6060 aluminium
  • Slot: 8 mm T-slot on all four faces
  • Centre hole: tap to M8 or M10 with a standard metric or spiral tap
  • Finish: mill, silver satin anodised, or powder-coated (including high-visibility safety-yellow)
  • Lengths: 600, 1200, 2400 or 6050 mm — or cut to your custom length

Slot edges are chamfered to suit V-slot (Openbuilds-style) wheels, so the profile takes both standard T-slot fasteners and V-slot motion components.

Common applications: heavy machine frames, high-load safety guarding, gantries, workstations and automation framing.

Cuts cleanly with a sharp fine-tooth drop or mitre saw (use light oil, CRC or kerosene), or we cut to length for you to +/- 0.5 mm (100–3000 mm).
