20x40 Aluminium V Slot Extrusion
Silver satin anodised

Slot edges are chamfered to suit V slot wheels for use as linear rails.
Centre hole is designed to be threaded to M5 using a standard metric tap, or use our self drilling screws
Please note this is intended as an industrial product, and as such the anodising finish may have cosmetic lines near the ends from the holding during the process. Including these lines minimizes the amount of scrap we generate, and ensures we can deliver this at a competitive price point.
Please select the correct shipping option:
- lengths up to 1600mm can be sent by standard courier
- lengths longer up to 2400mm can be sent by oversize courier
- longer 2400mm must be sent by Mainfreight.
For heavy freight, your selected delivery address will need to be accessible for a delivery truck, and you will need to have the ability to manage & lift the crate off the truck. Alternatively we can arrange for delivery by Hiab crane truck. There will be an additional fee for this service.

Custom cutting of our V slot aluminium:
We can now cut to your required lengths - add in the length and quantity you require cut.
Accuracy:
- For lengths between 100mm and 3000mm, we aim for a tolerance of +/- 0.5mm.
- For other lengths, we aim for a tolerance of +/- 1mm.
- All of each specified length will be cut exactly the same, with clean, square cuts.
(Note: To see the total cost for CUSTOM CUT LENGTHS you need to click into 'checkout' it will not show you the correct value in the cart. It will show a cutting charge and seperate extrusion cost. Its a annoying quirk we are trying to fix)
