40 Series T-Slot / V-Slot Aluminium Extrusion System

Our 40 Series is a New Zealand–made 40 x 40mm aluminium extrusion with an 8mm T-slot on all four faces, built and stocked here in our Wellington factory. The slot edges are chamfered to suit V-slot (Openbuilds-style) wheels, so the same profile takes both standard T-slot fasteners and V-slot motion components — one system for framing and for linear motion.

It's the workhorse of the range: machine frames, safety guarding, CNC and 3D-printer gantries, workbenches, and industrial workstations. Available mill-finish or anodised, cut to any length, with same-day dispatch on stocked items and shipping throughout New Zealand and Australia.
